lets bring this back from the dead, shall we!

so - not quiet sure how this has been resurrected, but it has been...

looks like next summer we are going to be going down to Ambergris Caye for 1 week - not sure of the week yet....

and if there is an opportunity to make the move - it would be in a little over 4 years....

listen to this blog breathing again.... beautiful, ain't it.

with all the stuff that is going on in the world, i'm definitely looking forward to this move...

there is no title for this one...

we've been sitting at home, talking.

we've been out and about, talking.

driving, you guessed it... talking...

we're all in.  selling the house.  selling everything (almost) in it.  cars?  gone (maybe at a parent's house, not sure). 401ks?  tucked safely away.

sarah will be working on her p/c over vacation that starts in 4 days(!)

she talked with another one of the girls about their list. her pro list - 6-10 items.... cons, about 3 times the length of it.  when she sat down and looked at it - most of the cons were all her friends, listed individually. so her list was mainly family and friends.  tough one to tackle, but we'll get through that...

oh, and we were talking about moving today with friends of ours at our party, and the wife stated that, "he's not moving anywhere else again, in north east."

nice cover :-)

days like today will make it tough...

so today we have a softball tournament in titusville... this leads me to find a nice little brewery in town called the blue canoe...
beer is good.
food is good.
all in all, it's a great day.
but there will be different days. days that will be put to shame by today, and others that will pale in comparison.
all I can say is bring it!
It will be something special and i for one cannot wait...

air fare & all on board

looks like air fare is dropping a bit for august, which is a good thing.

and, it looks like we are all on board for the move.  scary huh.

still don't have two of the kids p/c lists, but i asked them each individually if they wanted to do this, and they all said yes. scarier huh.

so, now we need to talk to probably our biggest adversaries...our parents.

a hot sunny update

seeing that the weather today is...85 and sunny ... working outside, headphones on.  mental time to think about the move.

i could cut my current cost to my employer by at least a half.

provide the same level of service, minus the physical level of service.... i can do mostly 90-95% of my work online.

who wouldn't want to save 50%, while providing the same level of service?

if i would get that with another client that i'm working on, it would be good.

and who's to say that i wouldn't find something else.  there's a world out there, and that's one of the big reasons that we are making this move.

and we are making it :-)
