i think that i figured it out.

between our jobs, running around with the kids, getting them here and there.

it's time. it's chaotic work schedules.  it's busy.  it's a rat race.

we enjoy it, but it's a different type of enjoyment.

yes, i know - you make choices, you have to live with them.  i understand that.

yes, i know - that everyone else does it as well.

if you know us, we aren't like other people.  we don't go out of our way to be that way, we just are.   and there is just now so much going on, going in so many directions.

i just want us to step back, relax, and enjoy every day with the family, instead of being on high alert constantly.  it feels as if everyday we are on edge, just because we don't have the time to relax and enjoy what matters most - us.

and that saturday, i'm applying for my passport.

and i want you to go with me.
